\u5e74\u7684\u4e00\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u7a31\uff0c\u590f\u4ee4\u6642\u6bcf\u5e74\u53ef\u7bc0\u7701 3% \u5230 9% \u7684\u96fb\u529b\u6d88\u8017\u3002 \u571f\u8033\u5176\u80fd\u6e90\u90e8\u9577\u8072\u7a31\uff0cDST \u81ea\u5be6\u65bd\u4ee5\u4f86\u5df2\u7bc0\u7701\u4e86 60 \u5104\u5343\u74e6\u6642\u3002 \u901a\u904e\u5f15\u7528\u986f\u793a\u751f\u7522\u529b\u63d0\u9ad8\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u70ba\u9019\u7a2e\u505a\u6cd5\u8faf\u8b77\u3002 \u571f\u8033\u5176\u81ea 1970 \u5e74\u4ee3\u4ee5\u4f86\u4e00\u76f4\u8655\u65bc GMT+2 \u6642\u5340\uff0c\u4ee5\u524d\u5728 3 \u6708\u81f3 11
